Ernest Palmisano, Jr. was saluted Saturday night, June 21st, 2008 at the 9th Annual Southern University Shreveport Celebrity Cooking Classic at Harrah's Louisiana Downs, in Bossier City.
The restauranteur is widely known and respected as the outstanding owner and head chef of Ernest's Orleans Restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana - home of his world-famous "Marinated Crab Claws."
Palmisano took a break from serving samples of his red snapper and crab claws at his booth, for a "One-on-One" interview with Tom Pace from "The Talk of the Town."
