Louisiana State Rep. Henry Burns attended the Swearing-In Ceremony for Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator on Monday, June 30th, 2008.

Burns spoke "One-on-One" with Tom Pace from "The Talk of the Town" about Gov. Bobby Jindal's veto of the State Legislature's Pay Raise bill that would have increased their salaries by 200%.
