The 3rd Annual Water Resource Fesatival is being held this Friday and Saturday the the Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City, May 16th & 17th.  Lt. Chris Buckley with the U.S. Coast Guard talked with Tom Pace from "The Talk of The Town" about the Coast Guard's role in this weekend's event, and their simulated rescue of a boater in the Red River.

Buckley was joined by Petty Officer Wesley Maddox, who told Pace about his duties for inspecting vessels on our waterways, to make sure they are in compliance of all the safety rules for the boat and the crew,
