LOL, nope, don't think I could handle any Raw Oysters myself.. just the thought.. ughh.. But my grandmother from Nawlins used to make this Oyster dressing for Thanksgiving.. that was just out of this world ! Admittedly, this was nothing much to look at. Not very appealing as far as looks. But DAMN it was good.
Glad to say my mother carried on this tradition, and so has the wife :)

The thing about Oysters is that you can tie a string around them before you eat them, and pull it back up and eat it again if you get hungry!

P.S. I dont eat them. They're nasty!

Liver and squid are the 2 things that gross me out more than anything. I have tried sushi and I can't think of what's in it or I won't eat it.
