It sounds like this is a young man who has a history of battery against others. He is not an innocent kid. Has anyone heard the term BULLY. I can not feel sorry for someone that does the crime over and over.

I'm sorry but hanging empty nooses in a tree does NOT in any way impose the same type of damage as beating someone senseless! I'm tired of this bull!
I'm glad the juvenile courts rendered the appropriate punishment for this repeat offender!!! Hopefully the media will leave this one alone now and let the local authorities do what they are paid to do!!!!!!
