Not as smart as you'd like people to believe, huh? Quote:

This concept has been addressed numerous times on Star Trek The Next Generation with the character known simply as Q. Basically what I've been telling you all along, that religion is a hoax specifically designed to control the ignorant masses. I win either way, Einstein. Any more brain busters? |
Brain buster?
You sure your brain is not busted? Nice thing for you about the internet, you can bluff about 2 dinner invites and nobody can confirm or deny. I believe you if somone posts and confirms, maybe its Tbelle.... |

You reckon that's the excuse those who came before you used to justify their actions....say in Salem, Mass. for instance? |

#1 Hell would have to freeze over. #2 Any questions, see #1. Furthermore I wouldn't believe anybody getting on here under an assumed name that would say "Yep I want to go to dinner with Brain" He could get anybody even himself to do that just to prove you wrong. It would have to be a little more proof than that for me to believe it! |

Einstein lived in poverty and near starvation even though his theory of Special Relativity, first published when he was 26 years old in 1905, and his famous E=mc^2 equation first published in 1907, profoundly changed the nature of physics. Quote:

You know, a little honesty and objectivity would go a long way in preventing you from walking into such brutally obvious traps. |
Boys Boys Boys....let's play nice....no name calling. Everyone obviously has his/her own opinion. I think I started reading about Judge Roy Moore and the Ten Commandments. I was personally offended by the removal of it from the court. But you know the squeakiest wheel gets the attention. Unfortunately, the againsts are far more aggressive the fors which is resulting in the downfall of our morality in school, on television, and in our homes. I don't know if we have just gotten lazy about fighting for our beliefs or if we feel overwhelmed by it all.

I also think one of the worst things you could do would be to accept Jesus and then go back on your belief and say that you were wrong. |

Technically, I don't think I was EVER a believer, but like Baptism, Confirmation is a process carried out at a very early age with children born in the catholic church. The process was completed for me in 8th grade.....well before I had concrete religious beliefs. |
