For anyone interested in the porn industry and it's affects on everyone from the producers and stars to the consumers and society at large, I recommend watching "Boogy Nights"! The actors did a fine job of realistically portraying their roles and giving us an inside view. Boob connoisseurs should take note of Julian Moore's aereola.

LOL, I think you know more about politics than you think! ;) You pretty much nailed it in a sentence or two, at least here in Louisiana. There are some good politicians, but they are few and far between.

If you're not "judging" anyone, then why would you feel sorry for me about my views on pornography.....particularly when I haven't even stated my them?

You see, our opinions are very similar except that I don't blame the problems in said relationship on porn, turning to porn is the result of a problematic relationship.......notice you and "your man" don't need it.

No, it isn't. I guess it could be, but porn itself isn't inherently indicative of relationship problems any more than anything else.

Boogie Nights is one of my all-time favorite movies. Doesn't really reflect the modern porn industry, though. The modern industry is almost completely owned and run by women and is focused on quantity.

I will say every relationship has it's issues, not one is perfect at all but if you want to introduce things that one partner doesn't agree with, then you are looking for a problematic relationship. Porn being one of many things so yes it can cause issues I would say in over 90% of all relationships but it's not the only thing. Just a man looking at another woman and making comments to his wife etc where she can hear would cause a huge issue.

Not at all. We both agree that 1 person in a serious relationship turning to porn is a sign of a relationship in trouble. You simply think it's the cause, I see it as the effect.
