NOW you know that's not the real one?

Multiple nicks....sure, but when have I ever altered my personality?

Edit:

You know, I just thought of something interesting this morning. The "impersonator", whom most of you know is lying about his identity and most likely his sexuality as well, has a reputation that growing....

While I, who have been perfectly honest and open about my thought and opinions with every single one of you, has and ever decreasing reputation.

Seems to me lot's of you clearly prefer being lied to over constantly being told the truth? I'll have to expound on this later....

Well now Brain. You want people to read your post and believe that the other avatar is not you ? Then you say people would rather be lied to ? I do not care what you post and I can see you do not either. You made me mad when you first started posting here but now I get a laugh when I read your post. I will never get mad at your post again. All one has to do is consider the source and move on. Make your point with out the insults and you might find people will reply to your post but once again it is your choice. There are a few new people on the board and I welcome them all Old Soul, Fact and the Saints fan with the brown bag very nice and Texasbelle and I hope a few more. We are all just avatars with opinions some good some not so good and that is up to the reader. In this world of make believe who knows what is real and what is not. Did you take the red pill or the blue pill or did you take both the pills.

Don't flatter yourselves too much Brain1 and 2

Your multiple personalities are just a tad bit over the top. It seems that you should consider just being honest with the nice folks here and being true to just one personality. Come on, be honest, and have a fair discussion as ONE PERSON. And play nice while you are on the playground.

Actually I can't see your Avatar. I don't know why but yours is the only one I can't see which I guess could be a good thing.

Actually Texasbelle, the member whose name is BrainSmasher (proper spelling) is most likely not the same person as the other one. It appears to be obvious that there is someone on the forum posing as the original.

By the way, Brain (the real one), it isn't that we prefer being lied to. Your reputation is so low because you so strongly discourage the masses from believing anything that did not come out of your mouth. You claim that you have the only truth and what we all believe is a blatant lie...and you wonder why your rep is low? Agree to disagree. I admit that some of the members of this board could use a little extra tact from the polite factory, but I hope you'll forgive me for saying that you are definitely one of them.

If your mission here is to make all of the Christians on this board doubt their beliefs, then it would be foolish not to expect your rep taking some hits, especially when your methods are so direct and tactless. The name-calling and childish arguing like something you'd see on a schoolyard of 10-year-olds does not become this board. We should all make an effort to keep our debates clean and not take the opinions of other members so personally.

Isaac-Saxxon 03-21-2007 10:38 AM

Anime I could not agree more on anything than what you have posted

May be time to move to Virginia  My point not being lost "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" so I know how you feel about the Bible and that is what we call "choice" we all have to make them if you know what I mean ;)

Hey Anime I see you had time to read that "long" post of mine. Very good young man, very good !

Texasbelle 03-21-2007 11:58 AM

But in every one of those Constitutions they acknowledged God which means they ALL were acknowledging his existence. I typically equate God and Christianity together. I wonder if our forefathers did as well.

AnimeSpirit 03-21-2007 12:18 PM

It's quite possible, and I'd even say likely, that every reference to God in those lines are referring to the Christian God. However, we also have to acknowledge that Christians aren't the only ones who acknowledge God.

Not that I care....I just want you to be perfectly clear on the multiple reasons I have for questioning your intelligence level.

1. You obviously don't consider "the source" relevent if you believe I am posting under the guise of multiple nicks without any evidence to support your theory.

2. Glad you found the ability to dissociate your real life from your internet persona. Now maybe we can have intelligent conversations without you calling me a Socialist and preaching the gospel in every 2-3 posts.

3. It's obvious that people "prefer" the lie....simply look at the extreme difference between the reputation of me and the imposter.....the numbers speak for themselves.

Make your point without referencing imaginary beings when the subject doesn't pertain to religion, and I just might.

You can't see my avatar because I don't have a specific avatar. Instead I use a rotating script to randomly select an avatar from my database on BrainSmashR.com.

Every time the page refreshes, the script selects a different image

Unfortunately linking to off-site avatars is disabled on this board:( :(

Excuse me, but there's a difference between those that believe in the teaching of Jesus and the Bible, and those that cannot function in normal society without referencing their superstitious beliefs.

I'm late.....

Texasbelle 03-21-2007 01:38 PM

Well Brainsmashr, you are not quite as smart as you think you are OR you just can't quite read. I guess you must have to read fast during the lunch hour. The avatar I can't see is for "Brainsmasher" not "Brainsmashr". There is something that shows up for you. I do have an inclination lately though to see if you could get devil horns painted on his head.

I will concede that it has become apparent that someone is most likely posting under a similar name as yours in order to irritate you and to have a little fun at your expense. It's actually quite funny they choose Tinkerbell. Only you know if that is appropriate or not. I don't want to know.

Is it not intentionally offensive to impersonate me on the forum?
How about to call me a Socialist for believing in separation of Church and State?
How about to cyber-stalk me and then reveal your actions online "Brant"? Seriously dude, you should check out MySpace sometime. It's not nearly as suspicious as a domain search and often more revealing.

You're excusing the actions of "others", OR at the very least, trying to place a greater weight on mine...Do you know "the name" for this type of response? Remember, I'm not "making fun" at anyone's expense nor am I surfing for personal information

That's called hypocrisy, dude, and you're falling into the trap. You're excusing the actions of "others" because of your shared religion rather than common sense and clear reasoning. As I alluded to earlier, there's a difference between f

Yes, I agree that the other BrainSmasher is a little over the top, which is why I haven't encouraged his (his?) actions or even acknowledged him. If someone called me a Socialist, I'd just shrug my shoulders, say "whatever," and carry on. No one on this board knows me personally, so I'm not gonna take other members' opinions personally. The cyber-stalking remark depends on your definition of it. I did look up your domain info. That is public record and I was letting you know about it. I almost never go ot MySpace though.

Also, you're saying that I am excusing the actions of other members because of a shared religion? I'm gonna let you in on a little secret, buddy. I never said that I was a Christian. I defend their beliefs just as I defended yours once or twice on this board, but I am NOT Christian in any way, shape, form, or fashion. I am willing to debate on the belief systems of others without offending anyone because I am humble, open-minded, tactful, AND REASONABLE.

You misunderstand.....none of this offends me. I have been absent because of extra curricular activities, not because of differences in opinion over here. As far as "shruggin my shoulders" in the face of political debate?!?!?!? Well, sorry, political debate is a side-affect of popular forums....I won't deny being entertained.

Really? Am I excusing other members' actions while discouraging yours? As far as I can remember, I have hit other member's reputation for the same reasons as yours. I've tried to break up the dirty debates to help keep the board as clean as possible. In truth, I don't take anyone's side based on religion because I do not share my religion with anyone else on this board (as far as I can tell). I remain completely unbiased and I try to be fair to everyone. I do not use labels that I think MAY offend someone.

The real trick to getting by in these forums, Brain, is to keep your opinions as professional-sounding as possible. Since you don't know anyone here on a personal basis, you can't speak as though you do. "Please don't take offense, but my opinion is this and this is why." versus "You are wrong and I have proof."

Isaac-Saxxon 03-21-2007 06:50 PM

Behind every good man there is a better woman. Looks like the group of three have come to bare light on many subjects. Welcome ladies and show no quarter in this game. You ladies and Old Soul seem like you can take care of yourselves and it does add much color to the post.

In my best 'preachin' voice' ..

Invite your friends and neighbors, open up the windows, wake up your neighbors, cause if there's somethin' you need, if there's somethin' you want. YOU GOTTA RAISE YOUR HAND.

I dunno about that. The Apocrypha said it was Lillith that ruined the party. I hear she didn't like Adam's favorite position. :freaky: Oh well, so long as it wasn't the guy. ;)

Yes we can be a pain, but men can be excruciating!
