I recall a comet about 10 or maybe 12 years ago. I wish I could remember its name. But it was clearly visible in the sky for many days. I will be on the look out this weekend.

I think the last one was Hale-Bopp ? I think Appelgate caught a ride on that one. I wonder how he (it) is doing riding on that cold muther ?

Yep, that was it! Hale-Bopp.. I saw it plainly riding up Lenard Road one clear night years ago.
