A 16-year-old high school junior has been charged with making bombs in a plan to target classmates in his school, a plot uncovered after a video was discovered on the Internet, police said.

Is it just me, or did all of this "schoolyard murder" fiasco start with Columbine High? It's like something happened that day that made the country's youth just go nuts. Back when I was in school, we'd play hooky for a few days long before developing a desire to actually hurt someone.

Oh it started before Columbine.. Columbine was just BIG news.
