I'm not sure if this belongs on the Darwin Awards site, or the weird news site. Maybe these stories would be better if they happened in Shreveport Bossier. Hey this happened in West Palm Beach. Isn't that where Scarlett now lives?? Hey Scarlett, what's the local scoop on this story? Being homeless in West Palm Beach is about the same thing as having a small condo in Southern Trace, right? :D
