Youth Hate - A Real Problem!

Police say the privileged 2006 Loyola College Prep graduate and soccer star was not only thinking about an attack on a presidential candidate but acting on his plan — trying to recruit a friend "caused a great deal of concern."

Case in point....Santabot sure had his fair amount of rage building up! I hope that boy can get some help.

I agree Pokie, Santabot had some issues. Whick is scarey.

I dunno. I think he just wanted attention. Why else would he jump on a public board and announce that he has been bad? :p

Under Louisiana law, Wargo faces a maximum of 15 years in prison and a fine up to $15,000 if convicted of terrorizing. The charge of communicating of false information of planned arson carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.
You know your state is ****ed up when lying about an arson carries a heavier penalty than terrorism.

1. That is the penalty for terrorizing, not for terrorism.

2. "Communicating of false information of planned arson" almost always means a bomb threat, which is a specific type of terrorizing that the state has decreed deserves a harsher penalty.

Rhertz, Gitmo is for POW's not "terrorists".

There's a difference between the guy who threatens to kill Hillary Clinton and the guy who slams a jumbo jet into a skyscraper, but they are BOTH terrorists in every sense of the word. They both use FEAR in their attempts to achieve their goals, but this "kid" will never see the inside of Gitmo.

You know...if you listen to and quote stupid people for long enough, their stupidity starts to rub off on you.

joepole 05-15-2007 09:43 AM

According to LA law one is terrorizing, the other is terrorism. Different crimes with different punishments.
