While gun toting jackasses stand up and applaud Illinois for giving a 10-month old baby a permit. This guy can't even identify a target much less actually hit one instead of an innocent bystander.

Nice to see there ARE some intelligent people left in this country.

Minumum age for a permit? Probably not. A minimum age to carry a gun? YES!!!!!! Therefore, the permit is a moot point and doesn't matter in the least.

As for the blind guy, he should remember that some discimination isn't a bad thing. Authorities are responsible for discriminating against anyone whom they feel will not be able to use the firearm properly, nuf said!
