The father of Josh Hancock filed suit Thursday, claiming a restaurant provided drinks to the St. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher even though he was intoxicated prior to the crash that killed him.

Now look I feel sorry for this father because he lost his son, but get REAL. The father is suing restaurant because they served his son too many drinks. The son is driving drunk, on a cell phone, speeding, and no selt belt. He hits a tow truck that is loading a stalled car on the interstate. So the father besides suing restaurant, is suing the tow truck company, the tow truck driver, and the driver of the broke car. FOR WHAT? Because they were in his son's way. Grieve man, then get your frickin head checked. I know grieve does strange things but please. I don't care how many drinks he was served nobody forced him to drink them. It makes me mad when people show their stupidity like this.
