New Odor Bill To Be Revived
 

Two Shreveport-Bossier legislators hope to revive a bill that would give the city of Shreveport greater authority to control what they describe as the extremely foul odor from the Louisiana Proteins rendering plant near the city's convention center.

I heard that the bill failed by one vote and that it's author, Lydia Jackson was not there to vote. I really don't understand politics I guess. :D
