Four accused in kidnapping, branding of Mesa woman

According to Mesa police, a 38-year-old woman reported to officers that she had been kidnapped, assaulted and held against her will at an apartment near Main Street and Dobson Road in Mesa.
Police say that the suspects used a branding iron burn with the word "snitch" on the victim's face and shaved off a portion of her hair.
