What's the big deal about no heat in LA in October? I haven't turned on the heat in my house yet, are they going to arrest me?

Shoot, I got no heat, no food, and I live in Blanchard where the water's not drinkable.. uh oh... :eek:

No you live in Spring Lake and not Queensborough. Racial profiling works in both directions I guess.
