Louisiana Commissioner of Agriculture Bob Odom has dropped out of the Nov. 17 runoff conceding the election to Mike Strain

Good riddance.. I guess he didn't want to have to engage a new republican administration. Or maybe he just can't stand the thought of losing. In any event, I bet he will retire happy and well taken care of
