This guy sounds like someone who expected his celebrity status to afford him lots of bowing and scraping in hospital (like the president of GE). Instead he probably got treated like "a regular schlub" and now he is going to use his show to get revenge on the hospital. What a jerk.

You could be right Morph but I believe there are many in the healthcare field who lack compassion. It seems to me they often just seem to forget what it is to be the patient and also become so "use" to things they lose their edge. I am married to the most compassionate physician there is. It is a shame there aren't more like him.

He's a jerk, but if I was rich/famous I would expect to be treated better than an average Joe. If not, what's the point of being rich/famous?

If I'm paying (extra) for it, yes. Still, I love it when some pompous asshat is publically reminded that they are no better n' the rest of us... even better while being so reminded they act even more pompous and self-important or get outwardly aggrevated over it.

I had no idea who Glenn Beck was either? He thinks mighty highly of himself!
Speaking of high he appeared to be just that on the video.:crazy: The drugs must not be treating him too badly.
Also after just having a second outpatient surgery procedure at Christus Schumpert Highland in a year I have no complaints! They did a great job from my pre registration and lab work through the whole process. According to my family I had some pretty good drug experiences while there too.:)
