Supreme Court Wants Answers! Why Caddo Judge Should Not Be Suspended?
 

Walker went before the supreme court in New Orleans Wednesday in a hearing on whether he should be disciplined for his conduct on the bench and for incidents at another courthouse here.

This sort of thing pisses me off to no end. This guy Walker, and then theres Woody Nesbit and his little fiasco with nurse Robin Reidinger. Judges are powerful people, and they occupy postions of trust in our society. There is no room for malfeasance or corruption in ANY branch of the government. They should be held to a higher standard than the average citizen, and when they show themselves to be unworthy, they should be dealt with accordingly. Especially government officials in Louisiana...they must make an even greater effort to avoid anything remotely approaching abuse of office.

Took the words right out of my mouth there Al. He should be Suspended. Not given some slap on the wrist !

Judges
 

The Judges should be held to a higher bar that even the citizens. LA politics have always been that way. A good lawyer knows the law and great lawyer know the judge. With our PC world we are living in there are way to many people in jail for minor crimes and not enough in jail for major crimes !
