Left wing out of control again. Bill Maher can make a statement like this and no out cry from the poor bleeding hearts but Ann Coulter can make a slur which in this case I did not agree with and we need all members of the GOP is make a statement. Where is the statement from the Dems on a anti American comment like this one ? This guy needs a one way ticket to Iran. I bet he would not make any off color comments about their president at least not more than once.

Bill Maher makes comments like this because it is a part of his job as an entertainer of a liberal talk show. If he didn't make comments like this, he would not be in the news or have a job. Same goes for conservative entertainers. They say what they say because that is their job and they are paid well to do it. Perhaps that is the appeal of bloggers who do not have a job, agenda, or office bills to pay. However I must say that being "genuine" or "not for profit" does not necessarily make someone right.

I was just saying that I have a tendency to trust a blogger (like CB Forgotston for instance) who does what he does for the love of it, not because it is a job or business. However that doesn't always make someone right, or even less biased. But it is refreshing when someone doesn't necessarily get paid for saying what they do. I think this may be the appeal of blogs and boards like this. We say what we want to say, and not because we are getting paid for it.

This is the reason I do not trust preacher or teachers that get paid. I study from the heart and not to "sell" my agenda. Maher and Coulter are both rich from their rantings. Money talks and people are getting tired of buying info and are looking for places to have honest adult conversation about the big issues in life. I do not agree with some post but I learn as I read and I do not agree with some of Joeploes post but at the same time I have learned from his post and always read them he gets right to the point with out the BS. Good reply rhertz.

Who gives a rat's ass what these cretins say? I get the sneakin suspicion that Maher actually believes his rhetoric, so this can only mean that he really IS a sniveling socialist gun-grabbing anti-American weenie. Coulter's mouthfarts are equally meaningless, shes nothing but a mouthpiece for the fatcats at the GOP, just like Limbaugh and the rest of the gang...only difference is Coulter needs to stop substituting cigarettes for a real breakfast, then maybe she'd fill out some.

Al I am LOL here. That was a great post Sir. I could not agree more. The talking heads as I like to call them. I do not do talk radio or tv ever ! Read some columns but that is it. You always cut to the chase :clap:
