Tuesday, Maggie and Alton Warwick sued Shreveporter Joey Kent and New Jersey investor Veechwin Li over alleged trademark infringement. They argue the pair fraudulently created a logo using Louisiana Hayride and Elvis Presley images and sold Hayride-themed merchandise via a Web site and at the 2006 CMA Music Festival.
