Crazy. Why not sue the cell phone company for making the cell he was chatting on? Why not sue the SUV manufacturer for not having an auto seatbelt feature? Why not sue the alchohol manufacturer for making the drinks so tastey?
Get over it, man! We all lose loved ones at some point or another. That's life! But WE don't take advantage of our loved ones' deaths by trying to rip people off!
