Louisiana lawmakers today approved changes to Louisiana income tax law that will mean tax cuts for many of the middle class who were hit by the so-called Stelly Plan.

The Legislature also approved the so-called "stink bill" that is aimed at reducing odors coming from Louisiana Proteins rendering plant just north of downtown Shreveport.
