yep. I used to drive by during lunch hour and I never saw that they had much business. Maybe they do better on the weekends.

I heard that the main reason that a government or municipality gets into a business like building a hotel, catfish processing plant, WiFi Internet service, sugar cane plant, etc. is that they get a lower interest rate on the loan when compared to the "private sector" seeking the same capital. Seems that when you and I (and all citizens) underwrite the loan, they get a better deal. Duh! But I bet there are other reasons as well.
