Inside this facility is a "man lift" which is a crude type of elevator. It is a belt that is approx 1 ft wide that is contantly moving and you just hop on to little steps spaced every 10 feet and up you go. At the top you hop off. I had to ride up to the rooftop once and I would have rather taken the stairs....
