Warfare, yes, by some definitions, would be considered torture.
By execution, if you mean the conventional sense like the gas chamber and lethal injection, are painless and except for death, they do not cause physical harm.
Boxing, sure, some people might consider that torture as it can get hard to watch if you're squeemish.
My definition of torture, though, would be: "To cause physical discomfort or pain in order to persuade a subject against their will toward a certain result or goal."
