Well I will say from experience and also from knowing about 10 other couples, look for an older woman. I am not saying 40 since you are only 24 but try 30 or so. Not all 30 yr old women are mature but most seem to know what they want by that age. The younger women these days like to tease, play games etc. and are still unsure what they want.
I am the older woman by the way in this relationship, he was 23 when I met him and I was 30
