It is true NetNanny did block some good sites, but he would call me in the room and I would allow the site. I did not have time to stand over him the whole time he was on the computer. I felt at ease since he did have his own computer in his room. NetNanny was very effective. When he was a freshman in college he asked if it could be taken off since he was 18. I agreed.
