Post Hilton Hotel In Shreveport Opens Today

People can get their first glimpse of the 12-story, 313-room hotel today, when Hilton Shreveport celebrates its highly anticipated opening with a flag-raising ceremony. Following the ceremony, the hotel will officially be open for business.

Supposedly the new mayor wasn't either and is already stating that he'd like to sell the thing. I bet Hightower will cry in his milk if that happens.

Hightower has already said he would not care if the city sold it. He stated that Shreveport built it only after no private supplier would build it.
