A 12-year-old boy who was carrying a toy gun was shot to death by a West Memphis police officer, who apparently thought the gun was real.

Again the toy gun, it is going to get where toy guns are outlawed or parents will not buy them.

Yup, most likely, parents will stop buying them or the government will enforce toy guns to be painted in an unreal color so that they are more easily distinguished.

Yes this is sad. This evening the news said that 2 officers ask the kid to lay down the gun and he wouldn't. Instead he acted like he was shooting them.
