Our controversial state agriculture commissioner is at it again. Bob Odom, the father of that ill-fated sugar cane syrup mill in Bunkie, wants to issue $36 million in bonds for more questionable projects.

Yeah Odom gets a pass from the media but they recommend that Vitter be removed. Go figure.....
