I just don't want to see Shreveport become a "Lil' New Orleans" but recent news has be wondering..... North LA has always lent some credibility to Louisiana as a whole (to counteract some of the bad mojo down south)

I wonder why there has not been any photos of Sgt. Roderick "Rickey" Moore posted on the news ? Any other bloat would be all over the news
