I sat next to this girl 2 years ago. She was talking about doing this. She is from Florida. Her Boy Friend whent to LSU. She is wearing my favorite costume.

wonder if the argument could be made that the paint is just as much a "layer" as say a t-shirt. As a way to skirt the law I mean.
