Rats in the kettle at the Peking Moon

This restaurant got closed down yesterday. It was told by a reliable source that PSEG needed to use Amin's entrance in the basement to assist another shop that was having a gas leak, the service worker went into the basement of Amins and discover a butcher chopping meat, that's fine, but he was putting the meat in a crate on the floor (not good) but wait there's more, there were 20 dead rats on the floor. The service worker left the site told his boss and the city inspectors moved in.They noticed that the so called "rats" which were reported were no longer there. The inspectors then came across a padlocked door and instructed one of the cooks to unlock it. This is what they found other workers doing outside behind the restaurant.

Yes and I remember hearing of one culture where rats were as cats were in Egypt, like Gods. People were required to walk amongst them in bare feet. Still, I will never eat one.

This is why, while I was overseas, I ate at McDonald's.

I knew what kind of meat they were serving.

Those pics are years old, seen em forever, and if you look at the propane tank, it couldn't even be SHIPPED into the US, due to Customs and DOT regs.
Those pics were taken in Asia. Right now, the restaurant is being RENOVATED, and there are no violations against them.Check with the Essex County Dept of Health Yourself!

I hate a-holes who post lies, especially stuff that could ruin someones livelihood and hurt their families. I hope you lose your job and all your money, so you can know how it feels, you @#$%^^% CREEP! Maybe God will pay you back and have YOU on the street eating rats.

Dude, Settle down. This post has been going on for sometime. It is not directed at anyone in particular.
Seems it hit close to home for you. Are you substituting rat for chicken? If you scroll up there are some nice recipes you might want to try.
