Highland Area Has New Traffic Control Device
Tired of drivers speeding through their blocks to avoid traffic clogs at Line Avenue and Kings Highway, residents of Rutherford Street asked the city to do something about it.

I often drive home down Centenary, Highland, or Creswell and the biggest problem is that the people living there just walk out into the middle of the damn street whenever they feel like it.

On line ave. around the pel state a guidens seafood the people just walk out infront of your car and they don't even look at you while your slamming on your breaks!!!

Now the residents of Rutherford street will have to put up with all the traffic as people drive by to see the new traffic circle.
