Where does one find information about auditions in this town? Theatre or movies? I expected more for some reason when I moved here from Austin but it appears there is not alot of anything around. Please tell me I am wrong.

Don't know if there's anything going on at the moment.. but for local casting calls and the like, check out Shreveport Bossier Films

I'd suggest signing up for the Louisiana Produces meetup group, which will send out announcements for casting call around the state, as well as classes and whatnot for actors.
