Louisiana Proteins is willing to move if the city of Shreveport is willing to pick up the cost

I like this quote from Bryan Wooley:

"I don't think it should be the business of the city to buy folks out. Period. That's not our job. If there is a law in place and your causing a problem it's not our responsibility to buy you out and solve the problem"
