An alleged burglar left his vehicle and fled on foot, but lost his pants and underwear during the chase

I bet if he wouldn't have been a sagger in the first place his drawers would have stayed put and he would have made a clean getaway! On top of everything else he now will have that dreaded sagging violation to boot!
