I like duck, quail, chicken, tuna, beef, pork, shrimp, crawfish, catfish, heck, if it walks, crawls or swims, I'm game!! My position is this. Some things are best eatten cooked, and some things are best eatten raw. Either extreme could be hazardous to your health.
