Here is a trick a friend of mine taught me
Slice then dice a fresh tomato into chunks. Drizzle on some olive oil (I used infused olive oil for flavor). Nuke it for 20 to 25 seconds. Eat!
It's awesome. Like Pomodoro without the carbs.... |
