I used to like cooked fish (and still do) but IF IT IS FRESH ENOUGH I prefer my tuna or salmon raw with a bit of soy sauce mixed with wasabi. Seared (very rare) is good too.

Thanks!! I was a bit hesitant-a little worried about texture more than taste- but I was with an experienced sushi eater so I had great guidance in what to try. I would have been lost otherwise. It was very fresh and delicious. And I feel very accomplished, too! There's power in trying new things and conquering even a small fear.
