You are asking for a rational explanation from an irrational individual.
Approximately 1/8 of the total adult black American population is currently incarcerated or on some type of probation/parole. There are currently more blacks in prison than in college, and an astounding 25% of all American black males will go to prison at least once in his lifetime. |
