If they add a 25th hour to the day, my industry will be so screwed up. I work with computers. Everything I do has a timestamp on it. Some timestamps are formatted into a 10-digit number that literally counts seconds up from the epoch. If they add a 25th hour, I can't imagine how such timestamps would be adjusted to the correct time.
I don't think an extra hour is needed. People just need to learn when to go to bed.
