That is bull, how can you say a bike is a vehicle and a motorized wheelchair is not. Both have wheels. A wheelchair on the roadway is no more of a nusience than a bike. I have seen a lot of bike riders that should not be on the road, they slow traffic down. You are discriminating against the wheelie gang.
