rhertz I had the rainbow roll last night and tried something new. The caterpillar roll with spicy tuna and avocado on top with a orange colored sauce that was very spicy. Love that sushi

A few photos of Bluefin Tuna and yes they go to auction. Bluefin are the largest of the tuna family and get up to 1200 pounds. Japan and Australia are in a nasty fight over how many are being harvested.

Now those photos make me want to run out and chow down on some sushi asap...

NOT! Isabella I don't like steak at all and hardly ever eat red meat or cooked fish. I'm a poultry girl!

Love that sushi. Tuna and Salmon I like and soft shell crab too. That naked chicken looks like those naked rats on the other thread
