I already eat healthy for the most part. I just need to work on toning a little more.

The weight training even if it's just small dumb bells at home will tone you Pokie. I don't like women with muscles, those body builder type of chicks, but I understand "tone". I am hoping to see it back one day!!!!

I'm hoping for the same! Congratulations on your hard efforts and weight loss...that is certainly inspirational!
I'm gonna begin again at home with weights and some situps and push ups too. I don't like going to the gym with other people's sweating on the machines and such!
