Playground spontaneously bursts into flames

Spontaneous Human Combustion (SHC) is a complete mystery. I once saw a man and his wife on TV who experienced an SHC. They were both in the kitchen and the wife was chopping food veggies at her counter. The husband was at the table reading the paper. The wife starting complaining about a sharp pain suddenly on her back near her shoulder.

It became so painful, she jerked her own shirt off. The husband ran to her and saw a burn coming up in her skin and the smell of burning flesh was in the air. The husband put her into a cool bath and it stopped, but they were pretty shaken up.
