I don't believe she was murdered. Look at the driver's deer in the head lights expression. He was most likely drunk, high and being blinded by paparazzi!

I think Pokie just nailed the cause of the wreck on the head. It was a mixture of those things, but ultimately the paparazzi did bear some blame. They are ruthless and need to be reigned in.

Well ladies I would have to bet that MI6 had something to do with her death. We will never know because that is the job of MI6. MI6 is the secret service for the Brits. She had been a very bad little girl. Water runs and blood clots and she was not blood to the throne only her kids. The idea she would have have brothers that were of Muhammadan dissent I feel real sure did not sit well with the Brits. Opinion only.

Intriguingly, Henri Paul is also seen waving to two paparazzi who had ruined a plan to sneak the princess and her boyfriend Dodi Fayed out of the rear service entrance of the Ritz Hotel.

They were not trying to avoid the paparazzi. Attention whores love them.

Celebrities (and what was Diana if not a celebrity? She offered nothing of value to the world except for being famous for the sake of being famous) need them to continue being celebrities.

I beg to differ. She took on the plight of AIDS and brought it to the public eye especially for children that have it and raised many funds to help with the cause. She was also dedicated to making people aware and more proactive in removing landmines that were blowing up innocent bystanders. Now to you Joe that is probably meaningless but to some of us it's very noble!
Diana had many health related illnesses herself due to being constantly hounded by the paparazzi...she didn't seek it out but of course being a princess you have to deal with it on some level.
