favorite cheap wine
Red or white, doesn't matter. I like the meridian pinot noir. I think it's about $8-10 at thrifty. I buy it by the case (cheaper volume pricing).
I'm always on the lookout for good wines. I'm interested in hearing your favorites. |

Kendall Jackson chardonnay
Clos du bois chardonnay My fave but getting harder to find J. Lohr chardonnay...World Market is the only place I can find it now. Lindeman's chardonnay is alright and now comes in the big bottle so I can save Mr. Pokie some money! ![]()

Thanks for the suggestions. I really like the Zin blends too. Three rivers paso robles is a good one.

I'm a red man myself, but Mrs. Morph likes the whites. I'll pass these on. I agree, World Market has a good selection and some killer prices.

My first experience with fermented grape juice was with Boone's Farm Kountry Kwencher. And yes, I'm pretty sure they spell it with a K! We bought two bottles. Never twisted the cap off of the second one. As with the MD 20/20, it only happened ONCE!
